Dispatch, Shipping and Return Policies

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after we receive confirmation of payment.

Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

In cases of high demand for products, shipments may be delayed. We will notify you if there is a significant delay in shipping your order.

Shipping Methods and Costs

We use USPS (United States Postal Service) for all of our shipments.

We offer several shipping options, including:

Standard Shipping (5-10 business days)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the weight of the order and the shipping option selected.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via text message that will include your tracking number.

You can track the status of your shipment on the USPS website using the tracking number provided.

Shipping Areas

Currently, we only ship within the continental United States.

We ship to addresses or P.O. Boxes.

Return Policy

We accept returns of products within 7 days from receipt of order.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Clearance or promotional items are not eligible for return.

Return Process

Return Request: To initiate a return, please email our customer support team at support@greatinternationalsales.com with your order number and reason for return.

Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Return Shipping: Package the product securely and attach the provided return label. Take the package to the nearest USPS post office.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email support@greatinternationals.com.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted on opened, used, or damaged products by the customer.

Special offer or clearance items are not eligible for return.
